We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and You Little Diamond gift cards.
Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece.
Please note we can only accept one form of payment. Payments cannot be split across multiple cards. We can split payments between a You Little Diamond gift card and one other form of payment.

Most You Little Diamond pieces can be recreated with the same metals and diamonds, but some custom pieces can not be easily recreated, so may need to include alternate gems and carat weights.
These pieces are listed as £250 design deposits, this means that you have paid a deposit for a design meeting with Helen to go over what options and ideas you may have when recreating the piece. Once a design has been decided, a price will be provided.
If you change your mind for any reason, a design deposit can not be refunded, this is because the time has been spent on design already.
The £250 deposit can instead be transferred onto another purchase, as a credit note.

We offer a 14 day cooling off period for any purchase over £1000
Within this 14 days, if for whatever reason you change your mind about your order, you are able to get in contact with us to cancel your order, and receive a full refund.
