My ring size is not listed, but I love this ring!If you see a ring for sale in our Ready to Wear or Fuller Finery ranges, but it is not listed in your size, please get in touch. Everyone deserves a ring that fits them perfectly, and we aim to achieve that every time.

How do I care for my jewellery?Fine Jewellery is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewellery, please follow these care instructions: Take off your jewellery before your daily rituals such as - showering, applying lotion, perfume, exercising, washing dishes, etc. Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat on a fabric surface to avoid tangling and/or scratching. To clean your jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the metal and diamonds. We do not suggest an ultrasonic cleaner. Do not clean any semi precious gemstones or pearls with chemicals, abrasives, or solvents.

I have seen a piece I love, but I want to change the design slightly...If you see a piece that you love, but you would like to make a minor tweak to the design, for example changing the gold colour, or the chain length on a necklace, please get in touch. We can offer variations in CTTW, Gold Colour, Gemstones and Chain Lengths. We want to create a piece that you will love, and are happy to tweak any of our designs if we can.

What are product lead times?Please note that many of our products are made to order, so please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery. Some items we do hold in stock, for information on which items we have immediately available, please email us.

Looking for a last minute gift?We have a small range of products in stock at most times, so if you are on the hunt for a last minute gift that does not have a lead time, please get in touch to see what we currently have in stock. Please note that in-house stock levels vary, and we cannot guarantee we will have stock of any certain items.

What are your shipping options?Within the UK For any orders over £500, we provide free shipping. Orders up to £250: £12.99 Orders from £251-500: £19.99 International Shipping For orders over £1500, we provide free international shipping. For orders under £1500, we charge a holding cost of £75. Once we have received your order, we will calculate the shipping cost and get in touch. We are happy to refund any amount over the shipping cost, or may request a further balance to cover the shipping in some circumstances. Shipping Ts & Cs - All orders are sent first class insured, tracked and signed for. - All deliveries require a direct signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes. - If an order is returned to sender due to the currier being unable to obtain a signature, the customer will be liable for any additional shipping costs. - The customer is responsible for covering any taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").

How long does shipping take?Within the UK, once an item it shipped, it should arrive in 2-3 business days. Please allow more time for International delivery. If you have a query about International Delivery, for example how long delivery to your area would take, or a price estimate, please contact us.

I have ordered a gift, but it will not arrive in time, what can you do?If you have ordered from You Little Diamond as a gift, and know that due to lead times, your order will not arrive in time, we can provide a If your purchase is a gift and, due to lead times, you will not receive it in time, please email us, and we can send an email with a gift notification to the recipient, informing them that a "You Little Diamond Gift is on the way!" If you would prefer a physical gift notification, please let us know and we can provide a printable gift notification.

What is your returns policy?We, at You Little Diamond, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any earrings for hygiene reasons. If you are unhappy with your order, we offer credit notes or, in some cases, exchanges. We do not provide refunds. If you have placed an order for an item with a lead time, and change your mind, we have a 14 day cooling off period where you can receive a full refund. If you change your mind outside of our 14 day cooling off period, we can not guarantee a refund, but will provide a credit note to you. All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased from us directly. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error. Store credits may be used towards purchases on youlittlediamond.com. We cannot accept store credits towards Beaspoke products. (if you are within the UK) To protect our jewellery and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original packaging. If your made-to-order item is not yet in production, we are happy to cancel the order and provide a store credit. If the item is in production, we can not guarantee its cancellation, therefore cannot guarantee your refund. In these cases we will provide a credit note. Due to the variations in size, all rings ordered online are considered special orders and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if an exchange is requested or if you request to cancel a ring that is still in production. Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalised products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. Any variation in size, colour or customisation that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE. Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense). You Little Diamond reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements. This policy only applies to purchases made at youlittlediamond.com

My ring doesn't fit, what can I do?At the time of ordering your rings, we request your ring size. Please do not guess the ring size, as if you have ordered a ring with a lead time, we cannot accept exchanges or returns if the ring is the wrong size. If you have made this mistake, please get in touch, as in some cases we will be happy to accept the return in exchange for store credit, but this is not always possible. If we do accept the return, the ring must be in the condition that you received it in, with all of its original packaging.

I do not want a credit note, can I have a refund?Unfortunately, You Little Diamond do not offer refunds for any item that has been ordered and is in the design process. Refunds are only available on in-house items, these are items that we currently have in stock that have no lead time / design time. Please note that we do not accept any exchanges, returns or refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons. If you miss your 14 day cooling off period, we can only offer a You Little Diamond store credit note. All refunds, exchanges and returns are at Helens discretion.

How do credit notes work?If you have received a You Little Diamond credit note, please contact us directly to place your order.

How do Discount Codes work?Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using any Discount Code that was given to you. Discounts are only valid on specific items and for set periods of time. Discount codes can not be used on top of promotions or sale prices. If you have already placed your order, and receive a discount code during the lead time, we cannot retroactively apply the discount code. We can add a Discount Code to an order where you forgot to enter the code. Discount Codes cannot be combined, and they can not be used in conjunction with a Gift Card or credit note.

How do Gift Cards work?If you have been lucky enough to receive a You Little Diamond gift card, it will have a unique code for you to enter at checkout. Gift cards can not be used in conjunction with any other discount code.

I have purchased a £250 design deposit, what happens now?Most You Little Diamond pieces can be recreated with the same metals and diamonds, but some custom pieces can not be easily recreated, so may need to include alternate gems and carat weights. These pieces are listed as £250 design deposits, this means that you have paid a deposit for a design meeting with Helen to go over what options and ideas you may have when recreating the piece. Once a design has been decided, a price will be provided. If you change your mind for any reason, a design deposit can not be refunded, this is because the time has been spent on design already. The £250 deposit can instead be transferred onto another purchase, as a credit note.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and You Little Diamond gift cards. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece. Please note we can only accept one form of payment. Payments cannot be split across multiple cards. We can split payments between a You Little Diamond gift card and one other form of payment.

What is a 14 day cooling off period?We offer a 14 day cooling off period for any purchase over £1000 Within this 14 days, if for whatever reason you change your mind about your order, you are able to get in contact with us to cancel your order, and receive a full refund.
